understand the activities taking place at the ELITE 11 FINALS and represent that 

participation in the 2025 ELITE 11 FINALS, June 17th - June 19th does not violate any NCAA, or other athletic governing rules that would jeopardize the player-counselor's eligibility and/or amateur standing in the upcoming athletic season.
